Description of this role

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated, process-driven and personable Talent Manager to join our Executive Search division working directly alongside our Exec Search Director. This is a newly created role for our business and a critical hire for our continued growth!

We’re looking for someone with a background in a B2B environment, who is confident building external relationships, but who also has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys working methodically and can be creative within the role, often working from their own initiative.
