HR Manager.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead the internal recruitment process – from job adverts to interviews and hiring decisions.
• Overhaul and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel engaged and set up for success.

Employee Relations

• Act as the go-to HR expert for all employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution.
• Drive engagement initiatives to foster a supportive and positive workplace culture

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and lead professional development initiatives.
• Manage the L&D executive and ensure employees have access to valuable training.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Ensure all policies and procedures comply with HR regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

• An experienced HR Manager – confident in a stand-alone role.
• A forward-thinker – you’re dynamic, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the norm.
• A people person – you excel at building relationships across an organisation.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using modern HR tools and software.
• Ideally, someone with recruitment/talent acquisition experience – but this isn’t essential.
