Finance Manager.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be bogged down with routine finance tasks—there's already a skilled team and excellent systems in place. Instead, we’re looking for someone who can:

• Inspire and support the team, offering coaching and mentorship.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure financial controls are robust and effective.
• Lead on month-end and year-end reporting, providing insights and analysis.
• Oversee audits, working closely with external auditors.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance for your team.

This is an internal-facing role, where your primary focus will be working alongside talented colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure the finance team excels.

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and regulations (HMRC & FCA).
• A natural mentor who can train, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (ideally at an intermediate level).
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to integrity.
