Commercial Analyst.

· Preparing detailed cost estimates / budgets.
· Cost management and analysis on a client facing fast paced multi-store retail rollout.
· Working to pre-set programme commercial milestones / established process.
· Managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and providing timely and accurate reporting.
· Negotiating and managing contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
· Agreeing contract costs with contractors/suppliers (schedule of rates/quotes).
· Managing change control, tracking variations and ensuring appropriate documentation and cost recovery.
· Working closely alongside quantity surveyors.
· Requesting purchase orders, change management (variations) / final account agreement / cashflow.

· Previous experience of cost analysis / cost management
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or other related field.
· Has worked on multi-site rollout, retail is a desirable.
· Membership in a professional body, such as RICS or MRICS, desirable.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent time management and organisation skills.
· Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and has previously worked in fast paced environments.
· Someone who is process driven and methodical.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook. Experience with MS Teams
· Driving licence desired as site visits maybe required.
