Description of this role

We have partnered with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer based in Kirklees, specialising in the fabrics industry, they are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to independently managed accounts, acting as the first point of contact for issue resolution and ensuring smooth customer journey throughout. You will be expected to guarantee customer orders are received on date expected, being proactive in liaising with internal stakeholders consistently to limit any hurdles that may occur.

You will consistently put the customer at the heart of everything you do, playing an active part in adding value at every stage of each process. You will adhere to the company’s strategic aims and values that supports the ongoing development and growth of the operation.
You will be expected to display a passion for exceeding the expectations of customers and contribute toward delivering ongoing improvements to enhance the customer experience and customer service department.
