Owing to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to recruit an experienced Client Success Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of complex accounts. In this hands-on role, you will ensure all clients receive exemplary service, demonstrating a thorough understanding of success drivers and best practices to maximize client retention, revenue growth, and strong relationships both internally and externally.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of expansion. To excel in this role, you should have extensive account management experience in a SaaS environment, and be dynamic, self-motivated, and ambitious.
