Service Manager.

• Streamline processes and create a strategy for the department.
• Manage multiple teams over two locations.

• Develop techniques that ensure the Service Department operates effectively and are aligned with the business objectives.
• Processing quotations, orders, reports and order confirmations.
• Manage and delegate customer enquires and complaints in a timely manner.
• Monitor Service Engineers, providing feedback, and ensuring they are always delivering a high standard of service.
• Increase, promote and overcome obstacles to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build on what the department has already achieved and facilitate future growth.
• Taking ownership of customers, building relationships and taking them through a journey.
• Develop and implement new Service Strategies for customers and the department. Share ideas and present them to board members.
• Analyse key data trends and liaise with senior management on how to improve services.

• Has worked in a managerial role and manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent.
