Service Manager .

As Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of a flagship service division that ensures customers’ high-performance equipment stays in top working order. With 20+ field engineers (and growing), your role will be to develop strategy, drive efficiency, and inspire people.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating an office-based coordination team supporting multiple field teams.
• Managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, fast response times, and excellent service.
• Developing and implementing a forward-looking Service Strategy.
• Driving continuous improvement in customer service and operational performance.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotations, orders, and enquiries.
• Building strong customer relationships and presenting strategies at senior level.
• Creating a positive, motivated environment where teams thrive.
