Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – The Holdsworth Index 2026.

For participants of The Holdsworth Index 2026 survey

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Jo Holdsworth Recruitment Ltd (Company No. 05337960), registered at Angels Wing 3, Glasshouse Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS10 1AF, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, simply complete The Holdsworth Index 2026 survey and provide your email address in the designated field at the end. Entries must be submitted by the closing date to be valid.

4. Closing Date

The prize draw closes at 23:59 GMT on 1 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. The Prizes

The total prize fund is £250.

-One winner will receive £150.
-Two runner-up winners will each receive £50.
-Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered beyond the prize stated.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries no later than 1 March 2026 using an impartial selection method. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative.

7. Claiming the Prize

Winners may be asked to verify their identity and provide details to arrange delivery or payment of their prize. Payment will be made within 14 days of confirmation. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity (e.g. first name and county) unless they object.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

All responses to the survey are anonymous unless you choose to provide your email address. Personal data will only be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winners or share early access to the report, if requested.

9. Liability & Disqualification

The promoter is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries due to technical issues. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter's liability is limited to the value of the prize.

10. Amendment, Cancellation & Governing Law

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
