I approached JH Recruitment some months ago. While we did not end up working together, I wanted to highlight their excellent customer service. First I emailed their shared inbox and someone (didn't get their name) said to submit my CV and it would be sent to the relevant consultant. They replied very quickly, within one day. I submitted my CV and Charlotte S called and also emailed me. She was so thorough. I explained my job preferences and she clarified that while they were advertising for a role similar to what I was seeking, their primary focus was not in that specific sector. She gave more information about that particular role and we both agreed that it was not suitable. Having experience as both a job seeker and someone who has worked in recruitment, I really value JH Recruitment's timely updates and respectful communication, much preferable to being left in the dark without any response. Not beating around the bush also saves everyone's time - I appreciate that.
