Our client is looking for a permanent proactive HR Advisor to join a growing team in Castleford. Are you passionate about people and driven to make a real impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment?
As the HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting both employees and managers across a broad range of HR functions. This role will be covering a multi-site and circa of 150 employees, covering performance management to supporting policy development and staff wellbeing, this is a hands-on, stand alone role where no two days are the same.
