Our client, an award-winning leader in employee reward, recognition and wellbeing, is looking to expand their wellbeing division with the addition of a client success associate. This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same and there is realistic scope for progression and growth. As a wellbeing support manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their challenges. Your ability to effectively communicate, analyse data, and leverage CRM systems like Salesforce will be key to your success in this role.
