Description of this role
Working for one of Yorkshire’s top performing companies who are seeing unrivalled growth, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will ensure all contractual aspects of the projects are properly managed and controlled to ensure maximum financial return and profitability. This position is pivotal to the continued success of the business and the right person will encourage and develop a culture of commercial and contractual awareness across the site teams to ensure full contractual entitlement is reached.
Working for a leading enabling works provider a background in asbestos removal, land remediation or demolition would be advantageous. The right candidate for this position will have at least 7 years PQE and will be a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude.
