The purpose of this role is to match suitable candidates to the job roles we are recruiting for. This would include monitoring job adverts, screening CV’s and having detailed and thorough conversations with high volumes of candidates to ensure they are suitable for the positions we recruit for.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of commercial awareness through highlighting any risks / challenges they foresee on their desk. The successful candidate will have to be confident working in a fast paced and varied environment whilst working towards targets and KPI’s.
