This is an excellent temporary role for someone with creativity who enjoys arranging small scale events alongside facilities management. Based in lovely offices in Reading the role is for 6 weeks but could possibly extend. Commitment is needed and would not suit someone attending interviews. Your presence is essential for the full 6 weeks Mon to Fri. You will be involved in creating, setting up and managing events in a building in Reading as well as supporting the firm across 4 floors with a range of facility requirements. Excellent communication skills and presentation required.
You will be working closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure all employees are fully supported with use of meeting rooms, ensuring services are maintained etc whilst taking full responsibility for events in the building.
