JHR are currently recruiting for a permanent customer support specialist to join our client due to expansion. It is a full-time post based in Morley however after probation the role offers hybrid working from home 2 days per week. It is working in a fast-paced environment within a tight-knit customer service team. If you are customer focused and looking for a new role, within a company who values their employees then we want to hear from you! You will be working within the sales order processing team of 6 and will be the main point of contact for customers. It is important that you are building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing high level support.
