Customer Service Representative.

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working with a highly successful Financial Services company in Leeds City Centre. Specialising in different areas of Financial Service, they are an expert in their field and strive to provide outstanding and professional services to each of their customers and clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit into their expert team of Customer Service Executive on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth, they are rapidly expanding and have brilliant opportunities to progress, develop and grow with them as they grow! It would ideally suit someone who has worked within a busy contact centre environment or has a minimum of 1 years’ experience managing inbound calls.

This role is working Monday to Friday (no weekends or late evenings) and the working hours are either 8AM - 5PM or 8:30AM to 5:30PM with a 1 hour lunch break
