If so, this could be the role for you! We are excited to be supporting our client in the centre of Leeds for the recruitment of a customer service manager, on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and motivating a team of 10.

1. Motivate and manage a team of customer advisors
2. Ensure an excellent customer experience, always!
3. Support management, including hiring, training, quality checking, monitoring performance and being an escalation point for incoming tickets and phone calls
4. Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
5. Work within company SLAs
6. Providing feedback sessions as and when needed
7. Line manage a team of advisors delivering monthly 1-1’s, half-yearly performance reviews, and individual development plans to ensure the success of the team
8. Support with recruitment and lead all first stage interviews for your team
9. Support your team with the day-to-day in providing an excellent customer experience and leader from the front when needing
10. Assist advisors with any complaints from customers
11. Support with new and ongoing projects
1. Experience in managing a team of customer service advisors
2. Experience in growing and development of a team
3. Passionate in providing an excellent customer service experience
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Experience in dealing with 1st line support
