You will be working within a lively customer service team where the role consists of assisting customers via phone, email and social media channels, offering solutions to resolve the customers concerns.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth. It would ideally suit someone who has previous experience in customer service, preferably from an office or contact centre environment although this is not essential.
