This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same and there is realistic scope for progression and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their challenges. Your ability to effectively communicate, analyse data, and leverage CRM systems like Salesforce will be key to your success in this role.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager confident in managing senior stakeholder relationships and proven experience of growing high value accounts in a professional services setting. You will be responsible for managing, renewing and growing a portfolio of high value clients.
This position would suit an organised, detail oriented, methodical and ambitious Account Manager with previous experience in a strategic position working with big brands. You will need to be able to evidence all of the above attributes throughout the shortlisting/interview process.
